Olé Poké was born out of a deep love for food, nature, and a gentle way of living. We visited Hawaii and fell in love with the island's culture. We couldn't bring back the beaches or the waves, but we could bring back the food. And that's what we're doing with Olé Poké. It's our humble effort to bring the vitality of the island to the heart of the city.
Our journey began in 2007, when we decided to leave it all behind and travel the world. Okay...Hawaii, to be precise. When we came back to reality, we wanted to bring some of the island with us. Our experience in restaurants and bars came in handy, but nothing could prepare us for the great joy and satisfaction that Olé Poké has brought to us.
Respect. Sustainability. Authenticity. We believe deeply in all of these values, and they are part of everything we do - from the places where we source ingredients, to the way we treat our employees and our customers. We are all in this together, and knowing that brings respect to everything we do.

I used to think poké was another word for salad. Now, I know it is SO MUCH MORE. Delicious
We use only responsibly farmed fish, including salmon and tuna.
The farms and orchards we shop at are clean-growing and sustainable.
From apples to our yams, all the produce we use is grown locally.
At day's end, we donate all perishables to local organizations.
When organic options are available, that's what we choose.
We track where are fish comes from and how it's being caught.
